Commissioned Photography
In a world awash in stock photography, there are still times when original photography
is preferred. Original photography means you have images of places you know (and want),
possibly involving people you choose. You have the ability to influence the selection
of photographs. And, depending on contract arrangements, you might even own the rights
for the photographs, assuring that the photographs you use will be unique to your business
and that you will be free to use them for any internal or promotion purpose you see fit.
A business may want local photographs for interior decorating purposes. A restaurant or hotel may want to add character to its public spaces using fine art photography. An organization building a new or updating an existing website may want to commission a photographer to create original images that accurately represent what and who it is. In all these situations, stock photography falls short, and the hours sifting through websites trying to find images that "fit" are often fruitless.
I have several years of experience serving businesses and restaurants, satisfying their commissioned photography needs for both framed, fine art prints of local scenery and architecture as well as providing photography for website applications. Some of the photographs in the gallery on this website were created for commissioning clients.
To set up a time to meet for consultation on your project's needs, just give me a call at 423-297-4000 or contact me via E-Mail. While I am based in northeast Tennessee, depending on your project needs and budget, I can travel to your location to create the commissioned photography that you need.
